The cost for securing a liquor license through Alexander Staffing is $1,000. You must pay this portion of the invoice before we can move forward. *

If you only have an estimate, you must ask us to convert it to an invoice and make a payment. If the application is denied, we will keep $200 and credit back the rest.

Before we can submit for a liquor license, we need this form, the completed floorplan, the full menu, the Landlord Authorization Form, and the payment submitted accurately to us at least two weeks in advance. *

Please aim to provide documentation 3 weeks early so we have enough time to correct mistakes. We cannot guarantee the license will be provided to us if you do not provide us enough lead time.
