5 - Highest Level. Very high attentiveness required. White glove service. Choice-of menus. "2 waiters per table"
4 - High End. Typical Manhattan catering style. Serve-outs. Family style on tables. "1.5 waiters per table"
3 - Cocktail parties or Budget. Typical non-profit style. Noticeable waiting for requests. Slower and simple serve-out. Buffets. "1 waiter per table"
2 - Casual. Guests self-serve. Most things are pre-set by you and you require limited staff assistance. Clean-up service or disposables on bars. "Less than 1 waiter per table"
1 - Lowest Level/Helping Hand. VERY casual. Not food service oriented. No expectation of service, just need labor.
