Ice deliveries will be on the day of the event, within 1-4 hours of the event start time. I will aim for them to arrive at the same time as my team. Occasionally, if my team is arriving later, you may need to be present for this delivery.

No delivery company or vendor is perfect and it is possible that something in an order will be missing, forgotten, broken, or out of stock. *
