Alexander Staffing upcharges 30% on beverage price to compensate for competence of appropriate rental selection and management of beverage orders.

The idea is to have excess product so that, hopefully, nothing runs out.

There is no such thing as the perfect amount of beverage. You will have extras of certain beverages at the end of the night.

You must arrange for storage, pick-up, or disposal of all leftover beverage.

You must arrange for paring knives and cutting boards for garnish preparation.
If you'd like a cutting board on your rental order, please request the rental form link. Rental minimum is ~$500. Paring knives cannot be rented.
